Conyers-Rockdale Library staff provides proctoring for patrons in need of educational or professional testing who have completed the Agreement at least two weeks prior to the requested exam date.

A non-refundable $25.00 fee per test by cash or debit is due prior to exam proctoring. Exams may be mailed, emailed, or faxed to the library. Completed paper exams may be scanned and emailed to the institution, mailed by the library with postage provided by the student, or faxed to a toll-free number.

Proctoring Procedures

Patrons will arrive at the time of appointment with a valid photo ID and any supplies needed for completing the exam. The proctor will provide an area for testing and periodic monitoring; students cannot be continuously monitored. Students will be notified by the proctor upon completion of the exam’s time limit.

Notary Procedures

Signer(s) will:

  • Provide any necessary witnesses. Solicitation of witnesses from library patrons or staff is prohibited.
  • Review documents for completeness, ensuring all blanks are filled with information or marked "n/a."
  • Not sign documents prior to meeting with the notary. Pre-signed documents will be rejected.
  • Present a valid U.S. Government photo identification, such as a State ID card, driver’s license, military ID, or passport.
  • Be physically present.

Conyers Rockdale Library System will:

  • Provide a semi-private space for the notarial act.
  • Verify the signer's identification.
  • Perform the required verbal ceremony.
  • Notarize appropriate documents.

Right to Decline: Conyers Rockdale Library System reserves the right to decline any notarial request for any non-discriminatory reason.
