Our study rooms and conference room are located upstairs and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a valid PINES card, you can sign up for a study room or conference room at the Computer Service desk. There is a two-hour usage period per day. Please note that study and conference rooms cannot be reserved ahead of time.
PLEASE NOTE: The meeting room can be rented out by the day for functions that are free and open to the public. The meeting room cannot be used for private functions, fundraising, campaigning, marketing of for-profit services, or for the selling of goods and/or services.
